Our Shipping Policy
All purchases will be packed within two working days of your order. We deliver using Wiz Me couriers. You should expect your items to arrive within 1-4 working days. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer.
Sorry, we currently don't ship outside Australia.
Refunds or exchanges are not excepted for coffee purchases, unless in the case of a mistake in packing or shipping on our behalf. We make every effort to avoid these errors, but in the event that you receive an item differing to that which you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible.
A receipt will be provided with your order. If you require a tax invoice as well, please record this in the notes section when you place your order.
